Tiger Cubs (Ages 4 & 5)
Our Tiger Cubs program has been developed to teach young children skills helpful for life and especially useful for school all in a fun and exciting package. This program is meant to be a introductory course to train 4 & 5 year olds for their transition into the juniors program. Some six year olds benefit from beginning in the cubs class as well. These classes are just plain fun!

Juniors (Ages 6 - 12)
Teaching children at TaeKwonDo Plus is our specialty. Kids are special at our centers and are given their own classes with no large adults mixed in with them. Our junior classes are then broken down into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes so that each and every child will be given the proper attention and curriculum needed to allow them to develop their physical and mental sills properly, and at their own paces.
Motivation is positive and upbeat and the child soon realizes that by paying attention, trying hard, and focusing on the drills given by the instructors, they can be highly successful in TaeKwonDo. This type of training can make a tremendous impact on the child’s ability to excel in other areas of interest. School work, abilities in sports, and skills at interacting with other kids are just some areas that can be positively affected by participation in the structured program at TaeKwonDo Plus.

Adults (Ages 13+)
In today’s society, health and fitness is getting an increasing amount of attention in the adult population. Often, adults find exercise to be boring and unsatisfying. TaeKwonDo Plus classes are anything but dreary and dull.
Classes are planned out to be challenging for the mind and the body. You will gain a great cardiovascular workout while learning real self-defense. We understand that today's adult has busy schedules and time constraints, so we offer various times for adult classes, depending on the center you choose. As long as you are able to attend two classes weekly, you should be able to grow mentally and physically as demanded by our curriculum with no trouble; however, advancement is not guaranteed by attending our two class per week minimum.
If you have always wanted the skills to take care of yourself in a self defense situation, here is your chance. Not only will you learn a highly effective means of self-defense, you will also get yourself in shape while having fun!
New beginners start classes every day. Each new student starts slowly and progresses at his/her own speed. No instructor will force you to do or even ask you to do anything that your body does not allow.
