How To Tie Your Rank Belt



Thank you, Mr. Ryan Rogers!
Start with the center of the belt.
Begin with stripes (if any) on the left.
Black Belts, begin with your name on the right.

Place the center belt on the center of the waist and pull both sides behind you.

Keep your right hand on top and tuck the other side to make it look like one layer instead of two.

When you come back around to the front, the right side is tucked closest to the body and the left side is on the outside.

Bring the left side (outside layer) UNDERNEATH BOTH layers and up toward the face.

Pull to relieve any slack.

Make a 'X' with the ends. Keep the right hand on top. Be sure not to twist the ends.

Bring the lower end up and through the loop.
